How do I get started with a house design?

At Maxa, we work with you to custom design a home that’s tailored to your lifestyle and your land.

Once upon a time, custom designed houses were only available if you engaged an architect first, and then presented your plans to a builder. But these days, house designers and builders work closely together, bouncing ideas off each other during the concept design phase, to ensure your plans meet your overall needs.

This close collaboration between builder and designer helps foster innovate design solutions all while keeping within the restrictions of space and budget.

And if you already have your house design, not a problem. We’re happy to build from the plans you provide and if you need to make changes along the way, we can provide access to our designer.
