Custom Designed Home – Case Study

 In New Homes

Nestled into the rainforest is this brand-new contemporary home, designed to take advantage of the gorgeous location. It seamlessly blends polished concrete, cladding and timber to harmonise with it’s tropical surrounds.

The home was designed to nestle into the contours of the hillslope.  It features four bedrooms & a separate living area on the ground level. Timber verandahs surround the upper living level which creates a wall-less home when the sliding glass doors are open.  Timber flooring on the upper levels, and polished concrete on the lower levels define the purpose of the two spaces.

This striking, custom designed home is an example of a great partnership between the client, home designer & builder.
