Maxa Constructions was established in Cairns in 1999 by Karl and Felicity Maxa.
Karl, a qualified cabinet maker with over 25 years of experience in the building trade, leads every project from concept to completion. Felicity, a Cairns local and the company’s Operations Manager, ensures every build runs to plan – managing timelines, coordination and client communication with precision.
What began as a commitment to quality craftsmanship has evolved into a boutique building company known for delivering exceptional homes across Far North Queensland.
We work closely with architects, designers and discerning clients to bring complex, architecturally driven projects to life – where every detail is considered and every commitment is kept.

Hands-on management of every stage. Regular communication, quality control checks and complete transparency throughout the build.

Thorough defects inspection, final walkthrough and handover when we’re satisfied the work meets our standard – and yours.
